The clutch master cylinder and clutch slave cylinder work together as a closed hydraulic transmission system. Failure of the master cylinder is often accompanied by aging seals or internal wear in the slave cylinder. If the slave cylinder shows signs of fluid leakage or a sticking piston, it should be replaced simultaneously. Replacement precautions include:
Use a dedicated tool to press in the slave cylinder to prevent housing deformation.

4. Clutch Kit (If Necessary)

The pressure plate shows signs of overheating or discoloration.

5. Brake Fluid (DOT 4)

Completely drain the old brake fluid.
Use brake fluid specified by the manufacturer.
Bleed the system thoroughly after installation.

Replace brake fluid every two years to prevent moisture contamination.
Operational Precautions
Adjust clutch pedal free play to 15–20 mm after installation.
Press the pedal several times initially to build hydraulic pressure.
During the road test, ensure smooth clutch engagement and disengagement.

By inspecting and replacing these related components together, you can reduce the risk of repeated repairs and ensure long-term, stable operation of the clutch system.
